Care Credit
Care Credit is provided by Synchrony Bank and application approval is based upon credit score and credit history. It is a great option to get treatment today and make monthly payments later. Care Credit is not only valid at Bent Creek Dental; it works anywhere it is accepted, almost like a major credit card. It can be used for doctor visits, vision expenses, pet care, etc. The application process is very easy. You can stop by the office and have us help with the application, go online to Care Credit's website or call Care Credit over the phone and have one of their customer service agents assist you with applying.
Treatment plans totalling $200+ qualify for 6 months no interest or 12 months with no interest.
If payment plan is not complete by the end of the promotional no-interest period, interest rates start at 14.90% APR.

Compassionate Finance
Compassionate Finance is not credit based but is based on your checking account history. Checking accounts need to have at least 6 months of good banking history. Compassionate Finance will only work at Bent Creek Dental once signed up; it is a line of credit established at our office only. In order to sign up, come by our office and apply at the front desk. Required items you will need to bring with you is a valid photo ID, checking account number and routing number; the name that appears on the photo ID must be the same name on the checking account.
Patients who want to apply for Compassionate Finance are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Bent Creek Dental Membership Plan
For uninsured patients, we also have our Bent Creek Dental Membership Plan. For $279/year, you receive two annual cleanings and exams, any necessary radiographs, oral cancer screenings, two professional fluoride treatments, one complimentary emergency exam and necessary radiographs and a 20% discount on all other services!
This plan cannot be used in conjunction with traditional insurance plans.
